The past few months have seen tens of thousands march for climate justice from Quebec City, to Toronto, to Ottawa, while thousands more have signed the Leap Manifesto, and the movement is increasingly raising demands for good climate jobs that respect people and teh planet.

Watch the video of a talk on the role of the labour movement in the fight for climate justice, by labour activist Carolyn Egan.

This was part of the public forum "Linda McQuaid is right: keep the tar sands in the ground," organized in the lead up to the October federal election.
